STUDENT LIFE Our heart for this school is “family”! Throughout the year one of our major focuses through teaching and practice will be the building of this family. The time of individual ministers doing their own thing is past. God is doing a new thing throughout the church that has a corporate focus and anointing on it. The Lord Jesus and the Apostle Paul understood the dynamics of family and team ministry. The more each student understands the value and truth of Godly and right relationships the more effective we will be as a team in ministry to those God calls us to.
We want you to develop in your love for God and your love for one another. The combination of love for God and love for each other will empower us to do mighty exploits in the Lord. The Word of God in Leviticus 26:7-8 says, “But you will chase your enemies, and they will fall before you by the sword; five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand…” that is the power of obedience and relationship.
Developing relationship is hard work and messy work, but the rewards are worthwhile. We believe that many of the relationships you form here at the school will be life-long relationships. Covenant relationships (like David & Jonathan) are costly, but they have great value in the Kingdom. A large part of student life here at Kingdom Come School will be learning to develop relationships for the long haul. |
